United Way of Pekin's Homes for the Holidays - A Tour of Homes

On Saturday, December 8th, the 13th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes will again be presented by the United Way of Pekin. Five Pekin homes located in the historic Washington Street area will be open to the public from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. for a $10.00 donation. The St. Paul Episcopal Church at 411 Washington will be selling Christmas treats and warm beverages in the lower level. The five beautifully decorated homes will bring alive the spirit of a Christmas past. Local interior designers and florists will be working with each homeowner. Side-walk carolers and Santa Clause will add to the festive spirit. With each ticket purchased comes the opportunity to receive great door prizes donated by Pekin businesses. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Bergners in Pekin, Stegers, Hairliners, Herget Bank, and the Pekin United Way office.
