Join this LIVE Q&A session where the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC), USDA and SCORE will dedicate the full hour to answering your questions on the top challenges rural startups face and the most effective resources and programming to help your business thrive. This lively discussion will delve into the available training and resources for women business owners and entrepreneurs in rural America. The expert panelists include: NWBC Council Member Barbara Kniff-McCulla, owner and CEO of KLK Construction, CEO of SCORE Bridget Weston, and a special guest from the USDA. You can submit your questions during registration and during the LIVE webinar. Presented by: Barbara Kniff-McCulla Barbara J. Kniff-McCulla is the owner and CEO of KLK Construction in Pella, Iowa. She is also an extremely active member of her community and holds varies positions with local, state, and national organizations and associations. Ms. Kniff-McCulla received the 2004 Pioneer Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for her innovation, creativity, and inspiration. In 2015, Ms. Kniff-McCulla was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) in Washington, DC. She was previously President of NFIB’s Iowa Chapter. Presented by: Bridget Weston Bridget Weston is the CEO of the SCORE Association, where she provides executive leadership and works directly and collaboratively with the Board of Directors to establish the vision and direction of SCORE. In her 10 years with the organization, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the needs and challenges of our volunteers and has established significant relationships on the Hill. Through her unwavering commitment and passion for SCORE’s success, Ms. Weston motivates, directs and provides guidance to SCORE’s staff, its 300+ chapters and over 10,000 volunteers.
