2024 Marigold Chalk Walk - Rock the Chalk!
Artists are invited to the NE side of the Pekin Lagoon's perimeter to transform the concrete sidewalk into their very own canvas. Artists may create whatever they want on their block of sidewalk and are eligible for awards.
