Real professionalism is not industry specific for it exists in every workplace.  It is expressed through pride in work, a commitment to quality, a dedication to the interests of customers and clients, and a sincere desire to help others.  To help develop the organization's professional image, participants will:
  • Become aware of the impact of the administrative professional on customers and the organization
  • Acquire a basic understanding of professionalism
  • Develop basic professional habits related to interactions with others
  • Utilize basic office etiquette
