Health Occupations Career Camp Final Day – Peoria ER Simulation

On their final day of ICC Health Occupations Career Camp, these 4^th – 6^th grade participantswill experience a simulation of a Peoria Emergency Room.

Peoria ER Simulation: In the tradition of Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago PD, this will be a simulation of a make-believe accident allowing the students to participate in the response to and care of victims. Some students will be chosen to be victims, while most of the group will partner with a caregiver and role-play the care of the victims from the scene of the accident to various locations in our “hospital.” Parents also are invited to attend to see the simulation and tour Cedar Hall to view the labs where camp took place.
