Event Description:
Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois will hold a ground breaking ceremony to begin expansion of the General Wayne A. Downing Home for Veterans. The addition to the home will allow us to provide housing for 15 homeless veterans. Local dignitaries are anticipated to attend.
