Description:
This screening requires a small blood sample from the finger. It measures total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), triglycerides levels, as well as, the ratio of total cholesterol to HDLs and blood glucose. Blood pressure and spirometry are also included with this screening.
Requirements:
An 8-12 hour fast is required for cholesterol and blood glucose screening. No appointment necessary.
