You will taste and savor a flight of six wines paired with confectionary chocolates from The Chocolatier. 7:45- 9pm – Drumming instruction is led by facilitator and drummer Natasha Greene and drums will be available to use during the circle time. No experience necessary, you just come to relax, enjoy the experience and therapy of drumming, and have fun! Why Wine, Chocolate and Drumming in a Drum Circle? Relaxation is Key to good mental and physical health, and what better way to relax then by enjoying the sensory experience of a wine and confection chocolate tasting combined with another relaxing sensory experience like rhythmic drumming. Karl Bruhn states it best: “We are drawn to drums. They are like a magnet, and few can pass a drum without touching it. But, more than that, people with little or no musical background can participate in group percussion activities. Drumming experiences tend to be enjoyable and positive for all involved.
