Join the team ICPR Family Practice team for a free seminar and learn the basics of diabetes management. The seminar will focus on portion sizes, tips for dining out and holiday eating, as well as alternate options for eating healthy while living with diabetes. You do not have to be a patient of ICPR to attend the event. Call 309-347-4277 to reserve a seat and feel free to bring a guest. This event is open to all ages!
