The Tazewell County Health Dept in partnership with Servpro of Peoria, Ameren, Heiser Insurance, American Red Cross, and the Morton Fire & Police Depts is offering training to food certified managers to help your facilities prepare for emergencies. This is not the traditional food manager refresher course. Subject matter experts will discuss how to prepare for a variety of emergencies. This course allows for the 5 hours necessary for food manager license renewel. To register visit www.tazewellhealth.org under "environmental food program" for the form.
