Event Description:
NRG Powerton Generating Station presents the 2021 Marigold Chalk Walk. Artists are invited to the NE side of the Pekin Lagoon's perimeter to transform the concrete sidewalk into their very own canvas. Artists may create whatever they want on their block of sidewalk and are eligible for awards.
